Computer froze in ACPI fixed feature button

Hello,

How do I unfreeze my mouse and keyboard? The installation icon is frozen on the screen at Fixed Feature Button ACPI. Microsoft reccommends stop installation. I can't click on stop installation because the keyboard and mouse is frozen on my Windows xp. Help.

It sounds like your PC has crashed.

hold the power button on your PC to turn it off then turn it back on again.
