Sync your ipod

Hello,



i am currently trying to update the info on all the songs on my itunes library. how do i make sure the songs on my ipod are up todate without everything getting deleted?

by info you mean software for the ipod?

info as in the stuff about the song (name of song, artist, album, ect...)
