i dont know how to fix or secured my back files
when i scan it after that it say that u dont have enough space or u have to buy more storage
i dont know what to do

this means that you hard disk contains too much data for this operation to be completed.
you may transfer some of the information (music and videos since they take a lot of space) in DVDs, thus creating free space in your hard drive, and then try again.
