I can't enter in my account

Hello,
I'M trying to open my account but Ican't enter I put my email and password but it do not acept my information. It is happening about 10 days and I reseve email confirmation of new messages but I can't enter I'm realy worried because it's suppose to be a shure page.Ineed an amswer to my problem and resolve it.

download different browser like netscape or firefox....
try to open in it...
