Problem with my pendrive

Hello,
i have a problem with my 4Gb trancend pendrive that when i try to open my pendrive it shows a msg that u want to format it and when i try to format it there comes a msg that windows cannot format it... what should i do plz help me and snd the solution on my ID......

go to this site for info on fixing your drive. Please note that 50% of the time the drive is DEAD.
