Black ops game freeze

Hello,
I reset my ps3 becuz I switched from the hdmi cord back to the regular ps3 cord and now my call of duty black ops doesn't work anymore when I start the game it will be a blank screen and it just keeps making a beeping noise wat should I do? Help me plz

If your game is freezing its not ur cable, its because ur ps3 over heats, if u have it in an entertainment center or on the floor turn it on the side cuz it'll get too hot. HOPE IT HELPED
