Hello,
this is ashwini....whenever I try to operate internet on my handset 2690 it always shows that packet data connection not available......plz help me out...as soon as possible........yet I connect packet data...but still it shows same

The problem that you are experiencing should be coming from wrong browser settings and in order to have the right settings, it will be wise to contact your service provider.
