I need help to sign up for my playstation network Closed

Hello, 
I know how to do it but everytime I click create new it says "An error has occured" how can I sign up without that interpting me?


Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

We just got it from the horse's mouth, the network is presently down for maintenance. It should be up in 24 hours.
