Black Screen and Laptop wont turn on

Hello,



I have a Dell Latitude E5510, and I had a blue screen appearing, I ran the antivirus, nothing was reported but the laptop was always shutting down by itself so I've clicked the windows option for restoring a previous settings and my laptop never booted sence then.

It shows a black screen and i see the mouse.

I would really apreciate your help, i don't know what to do...

I suggest you run the hardware diagnostics that are part of the Dell BIOS. I suspect you you have a hardware error.

Thank you, I have runned the diagnostics and when it comes to the end, it just does not do anything!!

Do you have any other ideias?? Thank you so much for your help
