Laptop can t start - no P.O.S.T appears

Hello,

i m having a problem with my laptop.i close it,somehow violent...by pressing the shutdown button when it was running windows on desktop kai after that .... dead
I press me power btn and as it seems to be starting (black screen and doing the dvd noise -for about 2 seconds)it is like rebooting again ....And the operation repeats continusly...
Any ideas please??
