hello, my pc restarts automatically wahen i connect to net via modem mmx310g.. please help.. and earlier i connect to the net but was unable to open any webpage

I suggest you delete the device driver. It's the device driver software that is crashing your PC. If the PC is still crashing after you reinstall the modem software. Then, it might be the modem hardware.

I am facing the same problem and I have done this function earlier as well as i also did to format my PC but still i am getting this problem , have any another option or suggestion to solve this problem? i am facing this problem with any net setter .
