File format became raw

Hello,
I have KINGSTONE 4GB pendrive but its file format has changed to "raw".And i am unable to format it.I did lot of stuff bt still nt able to format.
Please give me solution

File format became raw
Windows 10 iso file download 64-bit - Download - Windows
Kmspico zip file download - Download - Other
Format factory - Download - Other
Dvi file - Guide
Messenger file downloader - Guide

This is a link to the HP formatting tool - it might format your drive to FAT32.
