Registry editing is disabled by the admin

Hello,
Earlier I had a problem the solution to which I found on this website regarding regsvr.exe at startup. When I'm trying to access the registry via RUN->REGEDIT,it's showing registry editing is disabled by the administrator while I haven't done anything with the registry of my PC so far.... Plz Help...

Hi,

Do this and let me know if the porblem still exist:

Start>>Run>>gpedit.msc>>System>>Prevent Access to Registry Editing Tools (set this to DISABLED)
