Full restore

Hello, I have a laptop computer and it is a HP G62-455DX Notebook. I have windows 7 and intel core i3 inside. it also says HP Editores Choice. I got a virus and now when I start my computer up it boots to the virus and it says that it is an antivirus protection. I can not exit it out or do anything. Can you please tell me how to do a full restore I know I will lose everything and it will go back to they way I bought it and that is ok with me. I just dont know how to do this

Hello there, Has anyone have same problem with me? Before this I kinda blocked my friend from instagram (and we have some collaboration posts), but when I unblocked him, and we following each other again, the collaborator post are missing from my profile but still exist in my friend's page.
