Disk Read Error message appears

I am running a dell inrpiron 1564 with w7 x64 2 days ago i shutted it down then the next day when i turned it on it was not starting.Then i formated c:/ drive it started but running very slow.After half an hour it turned off automatically.Then it started giving disk read error.It is not booting any dvd and it is also under warranty so i can not open my laptop.I went to dealer but he said it need a full format and i have a precious data.
Pls tell me what should i do??

You might have a repair shop remove the hard drive and copy your data to a CD/DVD then wipe the PC clean and reinstall Windows.
