Just pop in the O.S. installation disc, when you turn on your computer go to the boot menu (f12 or f8 cant remember) and select boot from cd option then you willl start the installation process which gives you the option to reformat your harddrive. What antivirus are you using, i use avg free myself and thats always been very good for me. You might be riddled with spyware aswell, wy dont you download this free tool https://www.safer-networking.org/download/ it is very good, you might be suprised with what you find!! :)
