When you say "i refresh it". The "it" part refers to workbook or database ?
The you did not mention how this "new column" in the sheet gets populated in the first place. If the row get deleted, how come you need any refresh on the workbook as things are still same (minus the row that got deleted). I am thinking what it is doing is deleting the range and not the row. if that is the case you can change the process to delete the row or increase the range to include this new column
