my windows live account is blockedSolved/Closed

Hello, 


My hotmail has been blocked two days ago. I changed my password and follow the instructions from the support centre but i can't still sign in. Please help

I have to same problem twice now withing 4 days. The first time I followed the instructions and it allowed me to unblock my account but now when I try to do it it tells me that I am blocked out.

i gave all of my details to them to prove myself as the owner of my hotmail but they said still they need additional information like my hotmail email sent or received topics... what the hell how can i remember exactly the same topics ... fed up.. and i create a new account
