My internet wont work.

Hello, my internet wont load. When i click on to the internet it comes up with a message saying internet has stopped working, windows is trying to find a solution, but i never does. Can anyone help? thankyou x

Hi,

Did you try to connect to internet with another web browser like Opera or Firefox to see if the problem still exists?

Hi, Thanks for your help. i've tried it on firefox and it has still done the same. It does let me browse the internet privately though but thats it. Any ideas?

Please check if your antivirus or firewall do not block the access to internet.
