Unable to start the laptop

Hello,

Dell - Windows 7 Home Basic

I am not able to start my laptop. I had purchased in India 3 months back. StartUp repair also is not able to fix the problem.

There are few System Recovery Options including Startup Repair. Can you please tell me which option to chose so that my data and already installed softwares are not lost. Please help.
