Student i really need halp Closed

Question

Hey guys really need your help i have a major documents on it that my life depends on!!
Ok so my hotmail just said blocked me and then it said i had to unblock so i did well when i press continue it said i sent code to my alternative email ID but that alternative one is WRONG!!!!!!!!! :'( i dont know what to do caue i cant acess it and im a student and i have major major things on there i need pleae please please help me, its urgent and very desperate. I also tried changing my password but it still didnt work
