What to do on startup repair?

Hello,

There was this sheld sign and I acidently click yes and my laptop restarted and scanned my problems and didn't find anything, and it says Setup is starting services and its not working it has been 2 hours...any solutions? PLease I need the solution now!! TToTT

Please reboot your laptop and press the F8 key untill you get the window telling you to SAFE MODE followed by many other option in the last a Normally.

Then try to boot in safemode.

after that go to run (windows+R key) to go to run and type msconfig
in that there you will find three option Start Normal mode, Dignostic mode and selective mode.

Select Selective mode. and restart your laptop.
