Hello,

I am a very novice/beginner Excel user. I have a table of Company information in a vertical column which I want to convert to a horizontal row. I know how to copy the information in Column A and then Transpose it to column B - which puts the info in a row instead of a column. For example: I use this to convert this:
Column A
1 ABC Corp
2 101 Anywhere
3 USA City, ZZ 12345

to this:
Column A Col B Col C Col D Col E
1 ABC Corp 101 Anywhere USA City ZZ 12345

I know how to record a Macro to copy and Transpose the info for the range A1 - A3, but the macro only does this for the first range A1 - A3. How do I get the Macro to run for the rest of the ranges? I'm not sure if I am being clear or not.

I would like to be able to run one macro which will take data in a vertical column and put it into a horizontal row. Any ideas.

Are you saying that each set of data consist of 3 rows. And you want to transpose each of these three rows into one row /3 columns ?
