Blocked

Hello,

My name is Elias and few days ago i had my account blocked, i tried unblock it by resetting my password but this did not work. i do not sent spam mail but i am also not sure if someone else is using it for spamming. i have been sent a lot of mail by windows live but i thought they were fake websites which would stole my account if i had eneted my details. On this account i have got mails sent by school to help me choose a university and also replys from universities which contained answers to some questions i had. Also i am using the account for gamming purposes. Please help me, i am not bored to create a new account i just can not, not use the one i have.
