There's no video just an audio

Hello,

can anyone help me with my problem? i already downloaded all the codecs and still i got no video on my player, just an audio.. i already downloaded alshow player, vlc player, divx and player and still no video at all. please help. thanks

Hi,

What is the media type?.avi,.mp4....more information please also what is the os platform in use.

Try Media Player Classic. That contains all the necessary codecs.
