My PC won't start

Hello, I just bought a new computer here are specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-MA770-DS3 AM2+ motherboard
(PCI-E2.0, AMD 770 chipset, Phenom II)
Ram: Cosair 8GB DualChannel RAM
Harddisk: Samsung 1000GB harddisk S-ATAII 3Gb/s Fluid Silent (32MB cache)
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX285 1GB PCI-E
Case: Raidmax Elite Smilodon low-noise with 4 ekstra fans
powersupply 750W ATX super silent 17dB High-END
Sound: 8 kanals HD Audio RealTek. (SoundBlaster komp.)
Drev: Pioneer DVR-216 DVD-burner +/- Dual layer
NetCard: Dual LAN 10/100/1000 Fast Ethernet by Vitesse VSC8601
Plugs/connections:

I just bought it yesterday, i manage to install is correctly download all drivers and software needed, and i begin to download games after everything is done correctly. Next day i try start the pc but when it starts. It just keeps Huming and a beep each 15 second, the screen is black nothing happens?! What shall i do?

Extra fact: Also trying to reboot it now it won't start normally at all, only fans are activating when i turn it on

Normaly one very short beep is a problem with memory. Swap out some of your memory modules - Unplug the PC before removing or inserting memory since there is power going to the memory even when the PC is turned OFF. You can start with one memory module installed and add more until it fails. Good Luck

Thanks alot man, it actually worked. i think the problem was the 8gb ram i will try slowly see how much it can run

There is one problem though, it seems if i put more than 2gb ram in it won't start, the pc came with 8gb

Ok, i think somthing is wrong with the powersupply, mainly. because now after several retries nothing turns on besides the 1 fan.. everything else is down
