Need to connect HP laptop to COLORTREKPLUS tv Closed

Hello, 

I do have Colorterk plus TV with RCA panal & HP laptop with VGA port + windows 7. I bought 3 RCA to VGA cable (i.e. Red, Blue, Green to VGA cable) at the highest resolution i can see the laptop scrren on TV but it contineuosly scrolls & i didn't get the picture with any other resolution.
