Xp windows won't open

Hello, my xp windows won't open even when i tried all the options given: save mode,network mode e.t.c, it won't pls what can i do 2 open it ? Pls help me out of these. . .

A temporary fix that you can try is to press Ctrl + Shift + ESC, which will bring you to the Task Manager. Then choose File > New Task (Run...) > Explorer.exe
