Deleting autorun.inf

Hello,
i tried many suggestions from this page but the autorun.inf in my usb drive is still there,
the attribute of autorun in my usb is only H and when i tried many suggestion using attrib..... and when i command del auto run the command prompt answered me access is denied.
please suggest more useful ways
