HP Laptop will not come on.

Hello,

My HP Laptop was on and running I went to restart it, everything seemed fine and then it started to reboot, it made it to the black screen with the white hp symbol and it froze right there. I have pressed alt, ctrl, del, and it starts the process over again and stops in the same place. What do I do? Someone please help?

Hi,

Remove all external devices attached to laptop like usb pendrive,external hard disk,printer ,scanner and cd in drive then reboot and give feedback.,
