Hello,

After installing Vista the sound is gone when playing DVD movies. When I listen to music via Windows media player it's fine. Please help. I dpn't know I need download a driver or what?

Hi there,

In most cases its a codec issue.

as microsoft dont provide codecs for videos, you'll need to download 3rd party.

download the codec lite version from this link:

https://www.free-codecs.com/download/k_lite_codec_pack.htm

and install.
