since 29 june i have been struggling to unblock my msn account that i one fine morning found blocked.
today after 15 days struggle of applying all receipies i read here and around i managed to unblock my account and logged in successfully. what i did today is outlined below for information:
download chrome version of explorer even ifu are already using it.
login with forgot password option
select password reset option with security question
after inputting ur security question u r on password reset screen
reset ur password
remember password and no login for 15 minutes at least
login after 15 minutes with newpassword
u r again on password change screen
give ur old password and make newpassword again
next screen will prompt to give ur mobile no - I see this screen 1st time since ever
select ur coutry and input mobile no
a link will be sent to ur backup account to confirm
login to backup account and confirm ur mobile phone no link
u r login to ur account - cheer, give treat to urself to celebrate overcome frustration of 2 weeks haggling with unblocking account
Note:unluckily pakistan country does not exits so pakistanis has to find out way to handle it, m sure not difficult for them as they r samrt enough
