My internet sound doesn't work help! Closed

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 4.0.1

I've done what Allie says but  IT DOESN'T WORK!!!

here's what it says:

Cannot importC:/DocumentsandSettings/*****.******/mydocuments/missing.reg. Not all Data was successfully written to registry. Some keys are open by the System or other processes.

 WHAT SHALL I DO?????


p.s   the *'s mean letters of my name and someone else's. I didn't want to expose them
