Hello,
i have a toshiba laptop and it froze and i could not shut it down so i just pluged it out and did not shut it down proper and now it will not turn back on pleasa help

Remove the power cable and the battery.

hold the power button down for 10 seconds then insert the battery/power cable and try again.
