Go to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Device Manager, and look for a drive with a warning sign beside it. Update it and then remove the drive, and see if it works, if not click on the uninstall button, and then insert the drive again.

My pen drive not working right now. green light showing on pen drive .When i connect it to p.c., no symbol of pen drive showing in toolbar.
