Click on the below link and follow the instructions

Click on show all or click on "Laptops/Tablets/Netbooks" to expand it -->
Select your correct model --> Click on "Software and Driver Downloads" --> Select
your OS from the drop-down menu --> Click on "Driver - Storage" and download
the "Ricoh 5-in-1 Card Reader Host Controller" and install it.
