I cant view my folders in my hard disk

Hello,
I have a PC which is connected to LAN support and many user access to it.recently we had a problem in folder invisible from the hard disk both i could take report thru the excel URL.Then we found its a virus and formatted aswell as replaced the harddisk due to other reason and now again the problem persist.I can now only access the files thru the Address bar following the drive name.How this can resolved 100% and why its occuring now.Pls revert with a solution.

If you have a virus on your network the sources for this problem could be many. If you have replaced your server harddrive, have your reinstalled the files and the same path?
