My computer cant play my file video music

Hello,

hi,i have problem with my computer when its cannot play video media.i trying to find some info from other website so i saw this and i hope can help me.if i open video files its cant work cause its say my computer device not inserted and 'window media player encountered a problem while playing the file'.my camera device too have problem which cannot record a video or saved impact of my file saved is not exist and its at other location.im so fuzzlement for that,.
