windows doesn't load up Solved/Closed

Question

Hello, I have a problem, my windows starts up, but it doesnt load up to the end. It only shows my background and the eset antivirus logo, also the mouse icon shows that something is loading, but nothing happens. I would apreciate any ideas how to fix this problem.

Are you able to start task manager??? ctrl+Alt+Del

If yes,go to File-New task-Explorer.exe

Launch explorer.exe and check if you can see the desktop.

Try removing unwanted startup items
