My laptop says "window is opening"

Hello,

my laptop says windows is opening but it neither gets open or nothing else,,, i have tried since two hour but it is not sloved. i have windows 7 as os... i hope u will help me soon, thanks in advanced

Can you boot in safe mode?

no i cant boot it in safe mode.. i am really in problem. it always say window is opening, whats wrong there, any hard ware problem or its because of virus, or i have to install os..

Since pcsces's advice has not worked, you have only one option left.

Insert your Windows CD and boot your machine. Choose the repair option and press enter.

See if that works.
