Mouse scroll option not working

Hello,

I have a mouse with the middle button that has stopped scrolling down webpages, etc... Is there a way to get it to work again? I went to Mouse properties and have the scroll option turned on. I've also tried uninstalling the mouse driver and reinstalling it. Still it will not work. Someone please help!
