Letters typing numbers

Hello,
i have an advent 5431 some letters are typing numbers unless i hold down fn but if i let go it still types numbers could you help please?

Try Fn+Shift+Scroll or Fn+Shift+Numlock

Fn+F11

Fn+scroll
