Dell Computer Don't Sound HELPPP PLEASE!!!! Closed

Hello,


 A few weeks ago i turned on to go to www.youtube.com to listen to some music but then when i clicked play it did not sound so i thought i should go to the volume mixer and i saw everything was up but it still didnt sound so i got frustrated and I said let me look it up and now here i am trying to get help.

P.S I am sorry if there was an easy way to fix this but i am not a genius so i would not know i am smart but not a genius so.

P.P.S Please Help Mee i am mad didnt listen to music for 3 weeks!!!!!...

Hello,

Did you have sound when you play music on your computer (I mean your own music)? If so, try this:

Copy this text into notepad (starting with Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00) and save it to your desktop using the name "missing.reg":

After saving the file, go to START > RUN > and type 'regedit' and then click OK
In the registry, select FILE > IMPORT and select the "missing.reg" file from your desktop
You should get a confirmation that it was imported successfully.

This is an instant fix ... your speakers should now work for web sounds, no reboot required.
