my computer screen wont turn on when i try to turn the computer on it comes up black and makes a high pitch sound pleaseeeeee help me im oly 10 so i have no idea what to do thank you

Sorry. I hope the netbook is still on warranty and can be returned to the dealer.  $99 netbooks are worth 1/2 what you paid for it.

Get help of someone to Clean the RAM(PC memory) and make sure its seated properly.
If that doesnt work ,take it to a repair shop if your PC is out of warranty
