MY CPU WORKS but my MOnitor DOEsn't

Hello,

I am Marjorie , I having a problem with our computer is that , when I am going to turn on my computer is that The CPU works but the monitor doesn't is that the HDD in the CPU the red light, wont blink anymore and it show in the monitor NO SIGNAL !! please help me !!

How do you know the CPU works? Lights on or fan on do NOT mean that the computer has booted. If it plays the Windows start-up sounds then it has booted.

just check the vga cord.
