Keypay type numbers

Hello,




My keypad only type numbers and only in Explorer 64 bit. There is no problem with explorer 32 bit. I tried Fn+Numlock, Fn+F11, Fn+scrlk, toggle between numlock, caps Lock andcrlk using on screen keyboad. Neither works. Does anyone knows how to fix it?

Did you try to reset your browser?

Open internet explorer

Go to Tool-Internet options-Advanced Tab

Click on reset -select personal settings too

Do you have this path

C:\Program Files\QuestScan

Select the uninstall.exe file and uninstall it and restart
