Hi,

I use Windows XP SP2.

I am having some problem with my keyboard. Few key stroke does not work correctly.

The keys are a (it type a€ or €a), TAB (it shut will down the system), ESC (it will take the system to stand by), 1 (it will refresh the window).

CTRL + A does not work.

I have already checked the following things.
- Plugged off and plugged in the keyboard and then Restarted the system
- checked the keybo€ard port pins which a€re fine
- On-screen keyboard is working fine
- check for any dust or particle or anything on the key board
- Scanned the entire system and no virus
- Checked the Regional Language Setting from Control Panel and everything is fine

Can some one help please?

Ankit

Hello Ankit

What is the make and model of your keyboard?

Have you installed the latest driver for it?

Although you checked for viruses it may not have been detected by your software (it happens often)

If you wish I can analyse your system to see if I can find something.

Open this link and download ZHPDiag :

https://www.zebulon.fr/telechargements/securite/systeme/zhpdiag.html

Register the file on your Desktop.

Double click on ZHPDiag.exe and follow the instructions.

the tool created two icons ZHPDiag and ZHPFix (we will use ZHPFix at the next step).

Double click on the short cut ZHPDiag on your Destktop.

Click on the Magnifying glass and run the analysys.

Wait for the tool to finished (maybe a long time)

Close ZHPDiag.

To transmit the report, click on this link :

https://authentification.site

Click on Parcourir and search the directory where you installed ZHPDiag (usually C:\Program Files\ZHPDiag).

Select the file ZHPDiag.txt.

Click on "upload »

Copy the url and post it here

Catch you later
