Hello,

I'm having a problem with my computer so bear with me (its an Acer desktop computer). I have it connected directly to the modem (qwest) and it says its connected to the internet. Problem is that I can't seem to go on any internet browser because it says its not connected to the server or something. I check my internet connection and there are no internet connections showing, I press the 'connect to internet' and it just says 'connected to: BLANK' and nothing more. Now I'm sure that theres a virus but this happened right after I reinstalled the OS... I do not know what else to do, I looked for the problem in this website but they use windows XP and says I'm able to right click lan connection but there is nothing showing with that name. So I figured I could post my own question with my own OS problem... Help me out? please and thank you for your time ^^.

Go to start and type

devmgmt.msc and press enter

Now check the options below network adapters tab?

Is your drivers installed properly?
