Help me download from internet Closed

my device is nokia 2690. It reports invalid web setting when i try to download from internet. Plz help me.

pls send me the code that i can used to subscribe GPRS in any china phone b/cos some people, the no want to buy china phone again the say it can't browse so i need it as soon as possible
