Programs are opening automatically

hi,
the problem in my laptop (dell inspiron) is that sometimes programs are starting automatically, (like 52 windows of google chrome or whatever program is there beside the start menu), and when i'm trying to type something a whole bunch of numbers are coming automatically and it continues. (i have to power shut down it every time it happens). or sometimes i can not type anything at all.
i have reinstalled windows vista 2 times, installed ubuntu, but the problem remains in both operating system.
can anyone plz tell me why this problem is occurring, and if i change the keyboard will it work?

Hi.
I've never heard of this, but i suggest you can try another keyboard to see if it fixes the issue. Otherwise, i would contact the manufacturer of the PC and see if they have any suggestions.

Check your keyboard especially '' ENTER '' key
